The Project Debrief Kit's graphic templates and guides help distill a project's processes, creating "big picture" knowledge for future success.
Step 1: Begin by mapping out the project on a Graphic History: recording key events, challenges, breakthroughs and other relevant parts of the story.
Step 2: Next, use the SPOT Matrix to group the positive and negative elements of the project and brainstorm opportunities for improvement.
Step 3: Then draw out the key learnings, identify guiding principles and success factors on the Mandala Chart.
Step 4: To deepen the understanding gained from your Project Debrief, make sure to translate the information from the wall charts into the Digital Graphic Guides. Distribute the electronic files so each participant has a hard-copy reference.
