FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. What are domestic and international shipping rates and restrictions?
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
• If you are ordering from outside of the United States or Canada, please choose the "UPS International" shipping option.
• Our international shipping charges are an approximation. We will contact you via email if the shipping amount is more than what is shown. If you would like an exact shipping cost, please email us at info@grove.com.
• International orders arrive in 2 business days to most European destinations and are traceable via UPS.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
• If you are ordering from Canada, please choose either the "Canada Express” (arrives in 2 business days) or "Canada Ground” (arrives in 5-10 business days) shipping option.
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS:
• Please use a street address when entering the shipping location. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
• If you are ordering from Hawaii, you must choose either 2-day or Next Day service.
• 3-day UPS will arrive in 3 business days from the date of your order. Arrives by the end of the day.
• 2-day UPS will arrive in 2 business days from the date of your order. Arrives by the end of the day.
• Next-day UPS will arrive the following business day before 10:30 AM.
GENERAL
• All orders submitted before 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day.
• If you would like to pick up your order or use a purchase order, please call and place your order over the phone: 415/561-2500.
Why am I getting so many e-mails regarding my order?
You will receive three e-mails with each order placed on our online store. The first two are generated and sent automatically by the store software. The first confirms that your order has gone through but the shipping is just an estimate. The second is sent when the order is processed by our software. The third e-mail will be a PDF file of your paid invoice with correct shipping.
Why is my shipping cost so high?
Unfortunately, at this time all shipping calculated by the store is only an approximation of your actual shipping cost. The actual cost will be calculated at the time your order is fulfilled and is likely to be lower. You will see the cost when your paid invoice is e-mailed to you in PDF form. If you would like to know the exact shipping cost before you make a purchase, please call us at (415) 561-2500 or e-mail products@grove.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. When placing your order, just choose the international shipping option. Because there is a wide range of costs for international shipping, your total will be an approximation. The actual cost will be calculated at the time your order is fulfilled and you will see the cost when your paid invoice is e-mailed to you in PDF form. Is the store secure?
Our store is backed by NetSuite Small Business Software and is fully secure when you enter the page where you give your personal information and credit card number.
When will my purchase be shipped?
We ship Monday through Friday and strive to get every order shipped on the same day it was received. You will also receive an e-mail with the UPS tracking number when your merchandise is actually shipped.
If I am unhappy with my purchase, can I return it?
The Grove offers a 30-day money back guarantee for the full price of the product on all of our merchandise assuming the product returns in good condition. |
